- 1 1/2 lb. boneless breast of chicken
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can French-style string beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Zesty Italian croutons
- 1 can Texas style biscuits
Directions

1Slice chicken into bite size pieces.

2In a large bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, string beans (drained but leave moist) and mushrooms (drained but moist).

3Put chicken in medium size roaster.

4Pour mixture over chicken.

5Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

6Remove from oven; add 3/4 package croutons, pushing into mixture.

7Top with biscuits.

8Return to oven and bake at 350°, uncovered, for 20 minutes, until biscuits are brown. Enjoy!
