- veal cutlets (2 per person)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- 8 oz. mushrooms, diced or sliced
Directions

1Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.

2Push to side of pan and brown veal cutlets on both sides.

3Add cream of mushroom soup. Cover cutlet with mixture and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes.

4Serve with rice pilaf.
