Veal Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. veal cubes
- 5 Tbsp. margarine
- 8 oz. mushrooms
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 3/4 c. chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
Directions

1Brown veal in margarine.

2Take out and put in casserole.

3Brown onion, garlic, allspice, mushrooms, tomato paste and flour together.

4Simmer stock and wine separately for 5 minutes.

5Add to mixture and pour over veal.

6Cover with foil.

7Bake at 325° to 350° for about 50 minutes.

8Serve over rice or noodles.
