Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound stew veal
- Seasoned flour
- 4 tbsp. light oil
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Cubed green pepper
- 2 c. beefamato juice
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Sm. fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cut veal into serving pcs, dredge in seasoned flour and brown meat in oil in heavy pot or possibly pressure cooker.

2Add in onion and cook till limp.

3Add in garlic and green pepper.

4After a few min, add in combined beefamato juice, lemon juice and curry pwdr.

5Bring to boil and cook till meat is tender, 40-45 min (or possibly pressure cook for 15 min).

6Let stem return to down.

7If serving then, add in mushrooms and cook till tender.

8Thicken with cornstarch and water paste.

9Serve on bed of rice or possibly noodles.
