- 8 slices thin veal
- 1 stick margarine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- flour
- lemon slices
Directions

1Place 1/2 stick margarine in pan and heat and dip veal in flour lightly and season.

2Brown on both sides, about 10 minutes in all, until veal whitens.

3Place in hot dish.

4Add remaining 1/2 stick of margarine, parsley and juice of one lemon to hot skillet and mix well to heat.

5Add a little water if you wish more sauce. Pour over veal and serve.
