- 1 c. uncooked noodles
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 c. canned tomatoes
Directions

1Cook noodles until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.

2Lightly brown the onion in margarine.

3Add the ground beef and cook slowly until brown. Blend in the flour and cooked noodles.

4Add can of vegetables including liquid, tomatoes, salt and pepper.

5Pour into greased baking dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

6Makes 6 servings.
