  • 2 lb. California Blend vegetables
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 can water chestnuts (optional)
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Cook vegetables as directed on package. Drain excess water. Melt cheese with vegetables. Add water chestnuts. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
