- 1 (16 oz. size) can Veg-All, drained
- 1 (16 oz. size) can peas and carrots, drained
- 1 (16 oz. size) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Mix first 7 ingredients together; put in baking dish.

2Mix melted margarine and cracker crumbs.

3Sprinkle on top of veggies. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
