  • frozen vegetables (California Blend)
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (lite, no cholesterol)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can onion rings (small; fried onion rings)

Directions

    Put the frozen vegetables in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours to thaw.

    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup of the Swiss cheese. Top the casserole with the 1/2 cup Swiss cheese and remaining onion rings. Bake at 375° until bubbles.
