  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 pkg. frozen asparagus (can substitute carrots or Brussels sprouts)
  • 1 pkg. frozen green beans
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 jar Cheez Whiz or Velveeta
  • 1 can onion rings
  • 1 can mushrooms

Directions

    Cook vegetables a few minutes.

    Combine soup, cheese and mushrooms and pour over vegetables in a casserole dish.

    Pour onion rings on top.

    Bake between 325° and 350° until hot.
