  • 2 thinly sliced potatoes
  • 2 thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 stalk broccoli, cut in flowerets
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 1 c. corn
  • 1 stalk chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 1/2 qt. milk
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Add all vegetables first to a crock-pot, then slowly add liquids.
