- 2 thinly sliced potatoes
- 2 thinly sliced carrots
- 1 stalk broccoli, cut in flowerets
- 1/2 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 1 c. corn
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 qt. milk
- 1 pt. heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Add all vegetables first to a crock-pot, then slowly add liquids.

2Cook on low for 5 hours.

3Serve warm.
