  • 1 pints heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lb mixed vegetables , corn , green beans, carrots, sweet peas,
  • 3 medium potatoes cubed
  • 2 tbsp sour cream, heaping
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup 1% milk if needed to thin chowder
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or vegetable, coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup dill fresh half of that if dried

    Heat oil add potatoes and mixed vegetables

    Fry them till tender scrape bottom if needed

    Drain oil

    Heat in pan add cornstarch
  5. 5
    Stir in well

    When the cornstarch is stirred in add cream and sour cream stirring constantly till thickens if to thick add milk

    Garnish with dill
