- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 chopped green pepper
- 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 9 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
Directions

1In a 2-quart saucepan cook onion, celery and green pepper in margarine until tender.

2Add tomatoes, water and seasonings. Bring to boil.

3Reduce heat; simmer over low heat, uncovered, 30 minutes.

4Add 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese; stir until smooth.
