  • 1 can broccoli cheese soup
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. corkscrew macaroni
  • 3 c. cooked, cut up, fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower or carrots) or frozen vegetables
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

    In 3-quart saucepan, gradually stir soup into creamed cheese. Add milk, mustard and pepper.

    Over low heat, heat thoroughly, stirring often.

    Add macaroni, vegetables and Parmesan cheese. Heat through.
