- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese (I usually use Colby or Cheddar)
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
Directions

1Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 can of onions.

2Pour into a quart casserole.

3Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Top with remaining cheese and onions.

5Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
