- 2 green peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 eggplant
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut eggplant into 1 1/2-inch cubes and remainder of vegetables into large chunks.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Place in dish; add butter.

4Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
