- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into spears
- 3 to 4 carrots, diagonally sliced
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1On 15-inch round glass dish, place head of cauliflower in center.

2Arrange broccoli and carrots around outside.

3Pour butter over veggies.

4Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

5Cover with plastic wrap, turning back one edge to vent.

6Microwave at High for 17 to 19 minutes.

7Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
