  • 1 pkg. 2 frozen deep-dish pie shells
  • 1 large pkg. crushed Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped in chunks
  • 3 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped in chunks
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. hot water

Directions

    Saute onions, mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini until color brightens.

    Season with salt and pepper and drain in colander. Preheat oven to 350°.

    Cook empty shells until they are lightly golden.

    Line pie shells with Swiss cheese and then tomato slices. Fill with vegetables.
