- 1 pkg. 2 frozen deep-dish pie shells
- 1 large pkg. crushed Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped in chunks
- 3 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped in chunks
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
Directions

1Saute onions, mushrooms, bell pepper and zucchini until color brightens.

2Season with salt and pepper and drain in colander. Preheat oven to 350°.

3Cook empty shells until they are lightly golden.

4Line pie shells with Swiss cheese and then tomato slices. Fill with vegetables.
