  • 2 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (approximately 4 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch.

    Heat 1 cup of water with 1/2 to 2 teaspoons salt to boiling.

    Add broccoli, cover and cook until tender.

    Drain; mix broccoli, onion, green peppers and cheese in pie plate.

    Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper.

    Pour into pie plate.

    Bake until golden brown at 350° or 325° about 35 to 40 minutes.
