- 1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury quick crescent rolls
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 c. small broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Separate dough into oblong rectangles. Place them crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust.

3Seal perforations.

4Bake at 375° for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.

5Cool completely.

6In small bowl, combine sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper; blend until smooth.

7Spread evenly over cooled crust.

8Top with mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, green pepper and onions.

9Cut into appetizer-size pieces.

10Makes 60 appetizers.
