Vegetable Pizza

- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing (use amount desired, to taste)
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- chopped raw vegetables, cut fine
- celery seed
Directions

1Press together the crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan (17 1/2 x 12 1/2-inch).

2If there is extra dough, you can make a square and put it in a pie pan or whatever you might have. Bake according to directions until golden brown; cool.

3Beat the cream cheese, dry dressing and mayonnaise with mixer.

4Mix and spread onto cooled crust.

5Add chopped raw vegetables, cut fine, to cover.

6You may use any variation of the following:

7carrots, cauliflower, green and red peppers, onions, broccoli, fresh mushrooms, red and white radishes, celery, green and black olives and cucumbers.

8Grated sharp cheese and eggs may also be used, if desired.

9Sprinkle celery seed over all.

10Slightly press all vegetables into the mixture with a spatula when finished.

11Make the day before; cover with plastic wrap.

12Refrigerate.
