- 2 (8 oz) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (1 oz) pkg. dry Ranch-style dressing mix
- 1 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped cauliflower
- 1 c. finely chopped or shredded carrots
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- Optional: chopped green onions
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9 x 13 inch baking sheet.

3Pinch edges together to form the pizza crust.

4Bake crust for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Mix together in a small bowl, the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry Ranch-style dressing mix.

5Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.

6Arrange the vegetables over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.

7Chill for one hour, slice and serve.
