  • 2 (8 oz) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 oz) pkg. dry Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 1 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped cauliflower
  • 1 c. finely chopped or shredded carrots
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • Optional: chopped green onions

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9 x 13 inch baking sheet.

    Pinch edges together to form the pizza crust.

    Bake crust for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Mix together in a small bowl, the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry Ranch-style dressing mix.

    Spread this mixture over the cooled crust.

    Arrange the vegetables over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.

    Chill for one hour, slice and serve.
