- 1 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. grated hot pepper cheese
- 1 1/2 c. chopped vegetables (broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, etc.)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. half and half
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 to 10 fresh asparagus spears
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Spray a 10-inch quiche pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3Sprinkle cheeses on bottom of pan.

4Add vegetables.

5Beat together milk, half and half, eggs, salt, nutmeg and pepper.

6Pour over vegetables.

7Place asparagus spears on top in spoke pattern, pressing into egg mixture.

8Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
