  • 1/2 c. each: prunes, pears, peaches and pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • juice of 1/2 lemon (and rind, optional)

Directions

    Combine fruits and applesauce and arrange in a casserole.

    Add cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.

    Add juice of lemon (and rind).

    Mix fruits and cover.

    Bake at 250°

    for at least 1 hour.

    The longer it bakes the better it is.
