- 12 medium onions
- 4 c. cabbage
- 10 green tomatoes
- 12 green bell peppers
- 6 red bell peppers
- 1/2 c. salt
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Chop each vegetable separately in food processor.

2Add salt, stir, and allow to sit overnight.

3Drain.

4In the morning, combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and add vegetables.

5Bring to a boil again, reduce heat and simmer approximately 3 minutes. Put into hot jars and seal.
