Ingredients

  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can white whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. white vinegar
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix water, oil, salt, vinegar, sugar and pepper.

    Heat to boiling, then set aside to cool.

    Mix all vegetables.

    Pour liquid mixture over.

    Put in covered container and refrigerate at least 12 hours.

    Keeps well.
