Ingredients

  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can LeSueur small peas
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Drain all vegetables and mix together in a large bowl.

    In pan, mix the sugar, vinegar and oil.

    Boil and pour over vegetables. Toss and cover.

    Marinate overnight. Serve chilled.
