- 1 (16 oz.) can LeSueur peas
- 1 (16 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style beans
- 1 (8 oz.) jar chopped pimento
- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
Directions

1Drain all vegetables.

2In a saucepan, bring to a boil the salt, pepper, water, sugar, vinegar and oil.

3Let cool and mix with vegetables.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5Drain well before serving.
