Ingredients

• 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
• 1 c. hot water
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. cold water
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 c. finely chopped cabbage
• 1/2 c. diced celery
• 2 to 4 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
• 1 Tbsp. diced onion
• 3 large apples, cut in chunks
• 1 to 2 stalks chopped celery
• 1/2 c. walnuts
• 1/4 c. raisins
