- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 chopped green bell pepper
- 1 chopped cucumber
- 1 chopped stalk celery
- 1 chopped small onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine all vegetables in a bowl and mix well.

2Stir in softened cream cheese and add enough mayonnaise to make of spreading consistency.

3Stir in salt to taste.

4If desired, add a little horseradish.
