- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
- 1 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Chop and mash vegetables.
