- 4 or 5 English cut beef ribs
- 1 pkg. frozen soup vegetables
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (Mexican style or Ro-Tel)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water
- 4 c. additional water
- 3 or 4 potatoes, cut up
Directions

1Brown beef ribs.

2Add frozen soup vegetables, stewed tomatoes, chopped onion, beef bouillon cube dissolved in water and 4 additional cups of water to soup.

3Cook until meat is tender.

4Add cut up potatoes.

5Cook another 30 minutes.

6Add more water as needed while cooking.
