  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 cans green beans (French-style)
  • 4 zucchini squash
  • 1 small bunch celery
  • 5 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 5 Tbsp. dried onion
  • 1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice

Directions

    Shred cabbage and slice vegetables.

    Mix all ingredients into large pot. Simmer slowly for 2 hours, adding water as needed. This is a good diet soup.
