- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cans green beans (French-style)
- 4 zucchini squash
- 1 small bunch celery
- 5 tsp. beef bouillon
- 5 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1 (48 oz.) can tomato juice
Directions

1Shred cabbage and slice vegetables.

2Mix all ingredients into large pot. Simmer slowly for 2 hours, adding water as needed. This is a good diet soup.
