Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- chopped onion
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 large can whole tomatoes
- 2 cans Veg-All or any other vegetables you prefer
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. small pasta (e.g., tubetini)
- 6 c. water
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in oil and drain.

2Coarsely chop tomatoes and add to meat, including the juice from tomatoes.

3Add water and 4 beef bouillon cubes.

4Simmer this for about 1/2 hour.

5Add canned vegetables, including the water they're packed in.

6Add pasta.

7Let cook over low heat until pasta is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste.
