  • 2 medium squash, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. beef tips
  • 2 medium bell peppers, cut in large pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown meat in large skillet and set aside. Saute vegetables in pan meat was cooked in.

    Add meat and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice as is.
