- 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 c. low-fat Ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
