  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 c. low-fat Ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan
  • 1 c. shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
