- 1/2 c. chopped carrots, cooked
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt to taste
- 8 wheat buns
Directions

1Combine lentils, bread crumbs, egg whites, spinach, carrots, onions, Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
