- 3 bags veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- Velveeta cheese
- Ritz crackers
- 5 to 6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook veggies as directed on packages.

2Drain and put in large bowl.

3Cut slices of Velveeta and cover top of veggies.

4Crumble Ritz crackers and spread over cheese.

5Place 5 or 6 tablespoons of butter on crackers.

6Put in 350°

7oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
