- 2 small onions, chopped
- 6 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 (12 ounce) package corn tortillas
Directions

1heat salad oil.

2add can of tomatoes, green peppers, onions, tomato sauce and heat for 30 minutes.

3add chili powder at the end of heating.

4in small skillet, heat 2 T salad oil.

5heat tortilla long enough to get hot on each side.

6fill with sauce, cheese.

7roll up and add toppings (cheese, lettuce, sour cream, whatever you like).
