- 1 large onion (love onion)
- 1 bunch brocolli
- 2 squash
- 1 large zuchinni
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 each red, green, yellow bell pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 sprinkle seasoned salt
- 1 sprinkle garlic powder
- 1 sprinkle black pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Directions

1cut up all the veggies ..

2I only use the florets of the broccoli.

3cut the onion in rings, tomatoes should be cut in slices.

4I put all veggies except tomatoes in mixing bowl.

5put olive oil or melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, thyme, parsley, on veggies and mix by hand to cover..

6pour in baking dish lay cut tomatoes on top and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.. put a peice of aluminum foil over the top so the steam helps to cook veggies...

7if u want them semi crunchy bake 20 minutes .... if u want them more done cook for 35 minutes at 350
