- 3 c. rotini or penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable blend, thawed
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Mix spaghetti sauce, pasta, vegetables and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Spoon mixture into 9

2x 13 baking dish or 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
