Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage or kielbasa, cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 head cabbage, finely sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced in strips
- 1 large zucchini, sliced in 1-inch strips
- 1 onion, sliced in thin rings
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. chicken broth
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a large pot, lightly brown sausage in margarine.

2Remove sausage from pot, set aside.

3In same pot, add cabbage, stir-fry 10 minutes; add pepper, zucchini, onion and garlic, stir-fry 5 more minutes.

4Stir in sausage, chicken broth, water, salt and pepper.

5Mix well.

6Add cooked, drained spaghetti and toss. Serves 8.
