Ingredients

  • 2 cans green beans or your favorite fresh or canned veggies
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 mushrooms, chopped
  • 6 oz. frozen bacon, chopped
  • pepper
  • seasoned salt
  • basil
  • parsley
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Melt butter on medium heat.

    Add green onions, green, red and yellow bell peppers, mushrooms and bacon.

    Season to taste with seasonings.

    Saute until bacon is softly crisp.

    Add green beans without juice.

    Cover; cook for 5 minutes, then simmer until ready to serve.
