- 1/2 c. white rice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- dash of salt
- 1/4 tsp. cardamon
Directions

1Cook white rice.

2Take cooked rice and add 1 cup milk.

3Let rice absorb some of the milk and reheat slowly, but do not boil. Beat egg and add it to 1/4 cup milk; stir egg and milk mixture into rice.

4Add dash of salt and ground cardamon.

5Simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

6Serve hot with pancake or maple syrup.

7Some may like additional milk.

8Serves 2 to 3.
