- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 c. cocoa
- 4 boxes powdered sugar
- 1 lb. nuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt cheese and butter; blend together.

2Add vanilla; mix cocoa with 2 boxes confectioners sugar and add this to cheese mixture.

3Work in other 2 boxes of sugar (use hands; mixture is stiff).

4Roll out flat on wax paper.

5Sprinkle with nuts and roll up like a jelly roll and slice.

6Makes 3 or 5 rolls.

7Store in refrigerator or freezer.

8Best if let set at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
