Venison-Bacon Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 venison steak
- 8 slices bacon
- salt and pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- flour
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 14 teaspoon marjoram
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions

1Pound steaks until thin enough to roll.

2Fry bacon strips until done but not crisp.

3Lay bacon on steaks.

4Sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic and a few chunks of chopped onion.

5Roll steaks and dredge in flour.

6Brown in bacon grease.

7Remove and drain grease.

8Mix 3 bouillon cubes with 2 cups boiling water.

9Stir until dissolved.

10Add parsley, marjoram, dry mustard and rest of onion.

11Pour into skillet and add the venison rolls.

12Simmer until tender, approximately 1 1/2 hours.

13Serve with the sauce.
