- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- rice or noodles, cooked
Directions

1In heavy skillet, pour in vegetable oil to heat.
