  • 2 lb. venison
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • rice or noodles, cooked

    In heavy skillet, pour in vegetable oil to heat.
