  • 4 lg. shoulder chops
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Few drops Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. dry white wine
  • 1 lg. garlic clove, crushed

Directions

    Brown chops slowly on both sides in oil.

    Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over chops.

    Simmer over very low heat about 45 min or possibly till tender.

    Serve chops and sauce over warm buttered macaroni.
