- 4 lg. shoulder chops
- 1 c. honey
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Few drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
Directions

1Brown chops slowly on both sides in oil.

2Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over chops.

3Simmer over very low heat about 45 min or possibly till tender.

4Serve chops and sauce over warm buttered macaroni.
