Venison (Deer) Stew

- 2 lb. deer meat (stew pieces)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 1 medium can Veg-all
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 pkg. beef stew seasoning
- celery, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook bacon.

2Brown deer meat, salt and pepper in grease.

3Add crumbled bacon.

4Add onion, bell pepper, Veg-All, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and celery.

5Let cook until done.

6Add brown gravy mix and beef stew seasoning after everything else is done.

7Add cornstarch or flour if it is not thick enough.

8You can use beef bouillon cubes instead of beef stew seasoning.

9Makes a large pot. May be cooked in a crock-pot overnight.
