Ingredients
- 1 lb. meat, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2/3 tsp. garlic powder
- 2/3 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Mix all ingredients until dissolved and marinate meat overnight.

2Place a toothpick through the end of each strip. Place a layer of foil in oven to catch drippings.

3Suspend strips from top oven rack.

4Turn heat to 120° or lowest setting.

5Allow oven door to stand slightly open so moisture will escape.

6Heat strips 6 to 8 hours or until meat has turned dark and there is no moisture left.

7Store in airtight container.

8Will keep for 2 years.
